Nightly Cancellation Policy:
For stays of 4 nights or less, full refund less  a $65 cancellation fee, upon 60 days written notice.   For stays of 5 nights or longer, full refund less a $225 cancellation fee, upon 60 days written notice.  If cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival date, the entire amount paid is forfeited.
