House is a recently renovated, painted and decorated 3 bedroom,
2 bath private house located at 505 Amelia Street, (3 houses from world-famous,
quiet upper-end Duval Street.) Amelia
House is surrounded by fine restaurants, art galleries, and fine
shopping.
The living room incorporates a sofa and chairs, in a colorful Caribbean print,
which compliments the soft peach wall color. Included are rattan tables to
complete the comfortable ambiance of the great room which includes a kitchen
outfitted for a gourmet cook and breakfast bar for four persons.
The large covered veranda with table and chairs is perfect for dining or listening
to the melodic tunes of rain drops on the tin roof. Parking is right in front
of the front porch, which also includes a porch swing and rocking chair. Perfect
