Lush and tropical gardens surround this beautiful development in the heart of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security entrances gives the feeling of exclusivity unparalleled in Key West.

This special unit features the original oil paintings of world-renowned artist, William Selesnick, of New Hope, Pa. and Key West, which are for sale and can be purchased in our office. The foyer features plants and a wonderful night scene of the White Street Pier and opens to the living room, dining room, half-bath (which has its own hand painted crowing rooster mural on the wall).

The living room includes exquisite faux painting on doors, tables, chairs and fans and abounds with scenes from Key West which you are sure to recognize and features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with table and chairs.
