Casa Grande is a recently renovated luxury home in the heart of old town Key West. Located on Amelia Street, quiet lane just steps from World Famous Duval Street, you will have an easy walk to the Night Life and a quiet place to return to.
Upon entrance you are greeted by an elegant living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, 50” flat screen TV, and a view straight through to your private heated pool, a must for Key West. The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking all of your gourmet meals and offers all of the amenities that you could expect. Not to forget about your private laundry room offering 2 washers and 2 dryers, tucked away as not to distract from the beauty of the home.
Downstairs offers a spacious King Bedroom decorated in style that includes a flat screen TV/DVD player and en-suite bath. Attached is also a mother-in-law style apartment with kitchenette that includes another refrigerator, microwave, sink and more dishes. The living area offers a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen bedroom, flat screen TV/DVD player, en-suite bath. This is a perfect set up for families or friends traveling together.
The upstairs features 3 luxurious bedrooms. Your guest bedrooms offer a Queen bedroom with ensuite bath and flat screen TV/DVD player and a Queen bedroom with a Twin or Trundle bed, TV/DVD player. There is also a full bathroom located in the hallway. The Master Bedroom is enormous. This bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bath, huge walk in closet and your very own balcony.
