The luxurious living room features a queen sleeper sofa, large, overstuffed chairs and a thin, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. Mirrors across one of the walls creates the illusion of a larger than life room. Original art and one of a kind hand-painted furniture gives the living room a luxurious old-world feel. Sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean opens to the porch and allows wonderful views from the comfort of the living room if you opt to stay indoors!

The kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, stove and more than adequate counter space for preparing sumptuous meals. and entertaining.

The master bedroom is decorated in deep greens with Tommy Bahama finely carved wooden king bed, TV, en-suite bath with tub, hairdryer, large vanity and mirror. The bedroom also features mirrors across one wall. A stuffed chair by the sliding glass door in the bedroom also offers an oasis of comfort to read while the Ocean breezes cool the body and mind!

The second bedroom is swathed in deep blues with white Lexington furniture. A king bed, TV, en-suite bath with tub completes the room.

In the hall is a washer/dryer for your convenience. La Mar is centrally air-conditioned and heated for your comfort..but with the fabulous Ocean breezes cooling you, it probably isn't even necessary!

The La Brisa complex is gated and requires a parking pass for entrance but also features an intercom system that allows you to buzz in friends or family. A large pool, Jacuzzi and sauna as well as covered Tiki Huts are available for your enjoyment. A lighted tennis court is also onsite as well as three gas BBQ grills and picnic tables. Walk across the street and rent a hobiecat or go parasailing. Key West's longest sidewalk, along the ocean, is perfect for roller-blading or long walks.
