Thank you for bringing your four legged friend to visit us in Key West but we must be notified in advance of Fido's size and name. You will be asked to abide by the following pet rules while visiting us which will ensure an enjoyable visit for you and your neighbors:

VIEW ALL PET FRIENDLY LODGING HERE...

• There is a $15 per pet per night charge.
  
• In consideration of other guests, please have Fido on a leash while on the property, if not voice responsive. We do have other pets on the premises at the same time and sometimes other guests do not love our little ones as much as we do. Pets are only permitted around the deck and in the pool if your unit has a private pool.
  
• When going out and not taking Fido, you may keep him/her in your private courtyard or in your suite with the TV on for company.
  
• If Fido is destructive, please crate when leaving alone as you are responsible for any damages that may result from separation anxiety and these charges will be placed on your credit card. You will also be charged for any extra cleaning of your unit upon departure if Fido leaves pee-mail on furniture or rugs. We have a large crate available for rental ($5 per night) so you do not have to bring your own, just request when making your reservation and we can have it in your unit upon arrival.
  
• If Fido is noisy when left alone, please take Fido with you when going out. Ask at the front desk for a list of restaurants, bars, beaches and parks where you both can enjoy our Island. Dog beach is at Vernon and Waddell Streets, right next to Louie's Back Yard …have a drink, swim and play! Key West also now has a dedicated dog park across the street from the White Street Pier.
  
• If Fido is disruptive to other guests (barks in your unit and results in a complaint to our office), you will be asked to board him/her during your stay or you will be asked to leave, with no refund.

It is our hope that you and Fido (we have had cats, rabbits, birds, marsupials and a monkey, too) have a wonderful time in Key West and we hope these rules will create a harmonious stay for all of our guests!
