This home is situated in the heart of Old Town, just 4 blocks to the Historic Seaport District or the Art Gallery District on White Street. Finely detailed with unparalleled amenities, this is the perfect vacation spot for the discriminating guest who wants to enjoy Key West at its finest.

It is actually two cottages! The main house is a two-story historic cottage with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The spacious living room is finely decorated with exotic old-world furniture and decor and is surrounded by 2 large banks of French doors opening to your private heated pool with waterfall, tropical gardens and logia with purple passion vines which connects it to the separate cottage. The kitchen includes granite countertops, fine designer cabinets, stainless appliances and everything you need to cook, prepare and serve your favorite Key West meal. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with its grand dining table and chairs that seat six.

Also on the ground floor is a queen bedroom with a 4 poster bed, Indonesian armoire with TV, closet and clothing storage...as well as a very comfortable window seat overlooking Curry Lane to enjoy your favorite book. The full designer bath has a stack W/D, lots of storage space and a sexy river rock shower.

Upstairs in the main house is the master bedroom with king bed, day bed (for the occasional day guest), antique table which is perfect for your home-away-from-home office with Wi-Fi (inside and out), TV, large walk-in closet which is lined on both sides with designer cabinets. The upstairs bath is decadent...a sitting area...clawfoot tub...glass tiled shower, you will want to spend your days here pampering yourself!

The separate cottage overlooking the pool also has two banks of French doors overlooking the pool and waterfall. A queen bed, A/C, private bath with totally private outdoor shower also opens to the gardens and logia.

The tropical gardens features your heated private pool, outdoor table/chairs and pool floats. The logia, with teak bench, is the perfect place to enjoy your afternoon cocktail while grilling on the gas BBQ grill the perfect days catch of fresh fish!

Off street parking for one vehicle and the perfect front porch for enjoying the lazy days of Key West.
